Its characteristic is that the last meal and drink should be 6 hours before bedtime. The rest of the diet options are tastier and much easier to sit down.
You can also mix diets when losing weight for 14 days - you can add vegetables to food for a few days, spend a few days on a strict or buckwheat-kefir diet, then add vegetables again or choose another diet option for a few days.
